DESCRIPTION:The Aneres Piano Trio comprises “Serena” Zhang – piano\, Raistlin Chan – violin (winner of Music Matinee’s prize at VCASS)\, Ethan Chiao – cello. Each have won many prizes and performed in prestigious venues while studying at VCASS (the Victorian College of Arts Secondary School). This school has been a fertile environment and has developed many fine musicians. \nThe Trio has been under the guidance of Josephine Vains. \nToday they are playing worlds by Dvorak\, Schubert and Mendelssohn\, as well as breaking into solo works by all three musicians. \nMore detailed programme is available on our web page www.musicmatinee.org \nThe performance is live and free and all are welcome.
