DESCRIPTION:The Choir of St Peter’s Eastern Hill is one of Melbourne’s finest church choirs and on Saturday August 5 they will be holding a special fundraising concert. This concert will feature Fauré’s cherished Requiem in its original chamber scoring\, as well as his Cantique de Jean Racine.  \nThis all-French program will also feature other works that are an integral part of the choir’s repertoire\, including Duruflé’s Quatre motets. \nWe are thrilled to have renowned soloists Nicholas Dinopoulos and Erika Tandiono joining us. \nMoneys raised for this concert will go towards funding choir scholarships and expanding the choir’s music program.\n\nFollowing the concert\, please join us for sparkling wine and refreshments in the hall. \nTickets are $35 for adults with $20 student tickets available at the door. \nTickets for this event are also available online now: http://tinyurl.com/stpfundraise \nTo reserve tickets over the phone\, please contact Al on 0409 802 892 or alaetaulealo@gmail.com \nWe cannot take over-the-phone bookings but we can put aside tickets to be paid for on the day. \nCome along and join us for this stunning program of music while also supporting one of the finest church choirs in Melbourne. \n
