DESCRIPTION:SANCTUARY is the theme for Heidelberg Choral Society’s September performance. \nGabriel Faure’s Requiem will be the feature work\, plus works by Stanford\, Vaughan Williams and Rutter. \nConducted by Loclan Mackenzie-Spencer\, with soloists Eleanor Blythman (soprano) and Thomas Dent (baritone).   Organist  Geoff Urquhart will accompany the singers. \nJoin with Heidelberg Choral Society for an afternoon of sublime harmony. \nSanctuary is music of contemplation\, peace and inspiration\, accompanied by the splendour of organ and trumpet. \nLeave life’s busyness at the door and be soothed by some of the world’s most beautiful and best loved compositions.
