Eighty years on\, The Second Hurricane makes its Victorian Opera debut as the company’s youth opera for 2017 as part of our Education Program. It will be performed by a cast of singers aged 15 – 25 together with students from Victorian Opera’s Youth Chorus Ensemble (VOYCE). \nThe opera will be directed by Libby Hill with Angus Grant as musical director.
