DESCRIPTION:The Tudor Choristers\,Melbourne\, present their annual program of carols\, some with audience participation\, on the 100th anniversary of Carols at Kings and the 40th anniversary of the Tudors’ first Christmas event.  The program is based on the 1978 program.  The arrangements are mostly those of David Willcox and John Rutter.  The choir is directed by Dr Kathleen MacGuire; the organist is Rhys Boak.  This will be a beautiful concert.

DESCRIPTION:The Tudor Choristers are celebrating their 55th anniversary in great style. The repertoire for this concert has been selected by public demand from past concerts including 2 pieces from the very first concert in 1962. The centerpiece of the program will be the world premiere of a new work by Melbourne composer Tom Henry called Celebration of Love. It is a setting of a poem written by choir member Roslyn White and has been commissioned to celebrate the 50th wedding anniversary of Roslyn and her husband Chris. So many reasons to Celebrate!
