DESCRIPTION:The wonderful Christmas story sung in German by the Melbourne Chamber Choir with orchestra and outstanding soloists. This abridged version keeps the traditional story centre-stage\, interleaved with choruses and solos\, chorales for audience participation and readings by children from the church. The performance is part of the 150th Anniversary of the German Lutheran Trinity Church in Melbourne. You are also invited to the free Christmas Market (Christkindlmarkt) at 12noon on Sunday 3rd and Sunday 10th December in the church grounds.
