Written in the florid baroque style of the Italian Baroque, it is scored for five soloists, five-part chorus, string orchestra and continuo. Andrew Wailes conducts the acclaimed RMP Choir and Orchestra and outstanding soloists.
Six of Australia’s finest emerging singers will perform magnificent arias and recitatives from the world of oratorio, accompanied by the brilliant Australian pianist Stefan Cassomenos. A feast for all music lovers, and a concert not to be missed.
