The superb Greta Bradman, (2013-2014 winner of the Australian International Opera Award) will make her debut in Handel’s opera Rodelinda conducted by opera legend Maestro Richard Bonynge AC, CBE for the Joan Sutherland & Richard Bonynge Foundation.
For one performance only, Maestro Bonynge, Australia’s great opera conductor, returns to Melbourne to conduct the Melbourne premiere of this exquisite baroque opera in memory of the late Dame Joan Sutherland and to help raise funds for the Joan Sutherland & Richard Bonynge Foundation for young singers.
In a story of love, revenge, power and finding freedom, this magnificent 18th century masterpiece is filled with glorious arias and duets.
