Musica Viva: Melbourne International Chamber Music Competition

Boroondara Arts is delighted to partner with Musica Viva to present the prestigious Melbourne International Chamber Music Competition (MICMC). Established in 1991 and held every 4 years, MICMC is the perfect launching pad for chamber music ensembles. With a prize pool of over $150,000, the competition welcomes string quartets and piano trios of all nationalities under the age of 35. Thrilling concerts comprising Rounds 1 and 2 and the semi-finals will be held across 13 events.
