Traditionally spanning four days, Wagner’s epic is now condensed into one evening, thanks to the vision of Dr. David Kram AM. The performance features a presentation on AI-assisted animation techniques by Swinburne University’s James Berrett, followed by a live concert performance featuring soprano Livia Brash, tenor James Egglestone, and bass-baritone Darcy Carroll, with pianist Konrad Olszewski and a saxophone quintet and featuring the voice of Melissa Madden Gray.
‘This adaptation makes Wagner accessible to a wider audience.’ – Dr. Kram
