As part of Melbourne Recital Centre and the Peninsula Summer Music Festival’s commitment to nurturing the development of exceptional young artists, this year’s festival again features the winner of Melbourne Recital Centre’s Great Romantics Competition.

Award winning classical guitarist, Miles Johnston, is quickly becoming recognised as one of the most talented young musicians performing in Australia today.
Winner of the 2018 Great Romantics Competition, Miles takes you through the colourful sound worlds of the guitar, including modern music by Australian composer Richard Charlton, Russian composer Nikita Koshkin as well as favourites by J.S Bach.
