Heidelberg Symphony Presents: Marimba Fever

In a world premiere performance, Marimba virtuoso Sergei Golovko and the Heidelberg Symphony Orchestra perform Golovko’s own “Russian Concerto for Marimba and Orchestra”. This programme also celebrates the 100^th anniversary of the birth of Argentinian composer Ginastera, and includes a wonderful selection of works by Ginastera, Daugherty, Copland, Vaughn-Williams, and Schubert.
