Lovers of stage and screen will thrill to the classics ‘Overture to Candide’, and ‘Symphonic Dances from West Side Story’, works whose popularity bears testament to Bernstein’s incredible legacy. Artist in residence Natsuko Yoshimoto will perform the beloved Bruch Violin concerto No. 1, and the Méditation for Violin and Orchestra Op. 42, No. 1 by Tchaikovsky.
