Australian tenor Glenn Winslade, studied at the New South Wales Conservatorium and at the Vienna Conservatory. He has sung with English National Opera; Victoria State Opera, Opera Di Roma, La Fenice Venice, La Scala Milano, Vienna State Opera, Deutsche Oper Berlin, Metropolitan Opera, Scottish Opera, Bayreuth Festival, Australian Opera and Covent Garden.
Further appearances include Glyndebourne Festival and Touring Opera, New Sadler’s Wells Opera (Merry Widow), Freiburg Oper, Semper Oper Dresden (Belmonte), Stuttgart Opera and the Netherlands Opera (ldomeneo). Glenns other roles include Tamino, the Prince in The Love of Three Oranges, Stroh (Intermezzo), Elemer (Arabella), Amenophis (Moses), Ernesto and Nemorino, Fracasso in La Finta Semplce, Lindoro and Alfredo, Jacquino in Fidelio, Steuermann (Der fliegende Hollander) and Jason in Cherubini’s Medee.

With Glenn’s expertise in vocal technique, he will instruct and nurture Melba Artists through his teaching process. This is a rare opportunity to have an up close and personal viewing of a young artist’s learning experience and maybe even learn some insights to be practiced at home!
