Acclaimed pianist David Helfgott returns to bid a fond farewell to his long-performing career which has been closely associated with Melbourne Recital Centre.
Playing some of his favourite solo piano works of Chopin and Liszt and performing Rachmanioff’s third piano concerto in its version for two pianos with British pianist, Rhodri Clarke, David shares with his legion of loyal fans, some of the music so iconically connected with his amazing life of personal challenge and enormous success and defined always by his determination to find joy in every moment.
