Tempo Rubato: LUCE DUET

$12 – $30LUCE DUET is a new collaborative project between cellists Charlotte Kube and Wendy Ju. Luce, the Italian word for light, encapsulates the goal of the two cellists to shed light on the music they perform in a way that is approachable and exciting.
Joined by guest pianist Brian Luo, their program features a special arrangement (by Wendy Ju) of Shostakovich’s 5 pieces for two violins and piano, and Menotti’s seldom-played Suite for two cellos and piano.
