Choristry Chamber Choir: Lux Aeterna

Choristry Chamber Choir presents Lux Aeterna, featuring Morten Lauridsen’s radiant ‘Lux Aeterna’ in collaboration with organist Rhys Arvidson. Also included is a varied program of shorter works, ranging from Tallis’ ‘If Ye Love Me’, Mendelssohn’s stirring rendition of Psalm 43, ‘Richte Mich, Gott’, and Fauré’s elegiac ‘Cantique de Jean Racine’, to contemporary works by Gjeilo, LaBarr, MacMillan, McCall and Whitacre that present fresh responses to sacred texts or traditional tunes.
