Auditions now open for The National Boys Choir of Australia

The National Boys Choir of Australia will be auditioning boys in grades 1 and 2 for its 2020 intake. Auditions are being held at the Choir’s premises on Saturday, 15 June 2019 by appointment.
Recognised for over 50 years, the National Boys Choir of Australia is a not for profit organisation that has performed extensively both nationally and internationally, regularly with the Melbourne Symphony, Opera Australia, in the acclaimed Qantas ‘I Still Call Australia Home’ advertisements and at Vision Australia’s Carols by Candlelight in Melbourne. Current choristers performing in the National Boys Choir of Australia also reap the intrinsic benefits of being part of the choir.
The National Boys Choir of Australia’s Alumni include:
- Australian television personality Hamish Blake
- Principal Conductor for Adelaide Symphony Orchestra Nicholas Carter
- Mannheim-based opera singer Christopher Diffey-Wilson

June 15 will provide boys in Melbourne the opportunity to audition for the National Boys Choir of Australia, inviting families to be part of this established and esteemed choral community.
Auditions will be held at the National Boys Choir of Australia office and studios at 3/9 Pilgrim Court, Ringwood 3134 Victoria on Saturday 15 June. Bookings are essential.
